Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary

OM USA is seeking a dedicated and skilled volunteer to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks for our Church Connections Listening Tour. We are a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to our mission to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached.

This is a non-paid, volunteer position. OM USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Location: This is a Work from Home position.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize pre-created email templates to correspond with prospective churches.
• Track responses and schedule follow-up emails, maintaining organized communication.
• Coordinate with OM staff to arrange meetings, flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
• Assist in mapping driving directions and estimating driving time between meetings.
• Arrange and send thank-you packages to each church, including personalized handwritten notes.
• Enter meeting details such as dates and times into our database for organizational purposes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective correspondence.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eighteen years of age or older.
